Show Team

For riders who want to take the next step in their riding journey, Show Team offers additional training and opportunities to compete in open and rated horse shows.

This program is designed for riders at Woodstock Acres Riding Stable who want to take their riding to the next level and gain experience in the show ring.

Through an additional weekly practice lesson, riders focus on refining their skills, building confidence, and learning the details of preparing for competition. The program emphasizes the same strong horsemanship and rider development that are central to the core lesson program led by owner/head trainer Rebecca Barrette.

Who the Show Team Is For

The Show Team at Woodstock Acres Riding Stable is open to riders of many ages, including both junior and adult riders who are interested in developing their riding for competitive settings, and gaining regular horse show experience.

However, we want to emphasize that participation in horse shows is always encouraged but never required. The ultimate goal of the program is to help our riders build confidence and experience at their own pace.
